I'm not a fan of extremely loud pipes, however Chicago legislatures need to get their priorities straight :icon_rolleyes:

And Chicago has the strictest anti-gun laws in the nation!

Any third year law student could defeat this proposed ordinance in court as unconstitutionally discriminatory.
