This morning everything was a go to ride with the crew. Last night I replaced a low beam bulb, all good. Checked tire pressure, both good. 45 minutes to get to the meeting place. Insert key, try to turn the key, no joy. Fiddled with it for a bit. Hale Mary, squirt Tri Flow into the lock. Nope not going to happen. $285 part on order. Now to start to remove defective assembly.

Is it a Stock key that your using? Just last week I got two new keys cut at my Ace Hardware. One worked in the ignition, the other didn't. It just wouldn't turn left or right at all...But it worked in the glove box and saddlebag locks.
