31mph, they're all over here, especially, since they put in the bike lane. If it has reverse you can take a leak without getting off too.

Yeah scratch that uni-cycle, 99% of the folks here are going to fall on their ass :), then again 99.9% would have more sense and not consider it, however, that Honda concept would fit the bill for those who are challenged in the balance aspect.
