So I have written down it takes 3.9 qt. Like a dummy, I added the full 4 qts. Well drained, on centerstand, with Honda filter. How concerned of overfilled would you be?

For 20 plus years , I have replaced the oil and filter with 1 Gallon of SHELL Rotella T6 oil and the Bosch 3323 oil filter.... 1000's of us have been doing it this way and just like the Darkside Car Tire guys .... Our Beloved Godwings just keep on purring.... 4 quarts is fine....
