I am buying a red 2013 F6B basic and I am going to have the red part painted this color:

It's called spruce mica.

My question is with the seat. I have not decided yet weightier to go with Russell Day Long or Ultimate but I would like to either have the seat done in either black with a dark green insert or a tannish brown like a baseball glove or horse saddle. What color do you think would look best with that color?

Thanks for your opinions!!!!

Can't help you with the seat, but I love the color.

Depends,,,

Will there be any other 'tannish brown' on the bike? If not,,, IMHO, your choice is clear,,,

Russell has these colors in Sunbrella:

"Alpine" maybe?

Here's mine w/black Sunbrella insert:

You have one beautiful bike!!!! No, the seat would be the only color. I do like the sunbrella insert!

I'm partial to most shades of red, mine is Brandywine Red Clearcoat, but the color on your post looks great.......Very different and one of a kind color for a bike....Good luck on your decision...

Thanks!
The Sunbrella material is basically a synthetic 'canvas' of sorts. Decided to go with that fabric for the insert instead of normal vinyl as its supposed to be cooler in the summer. (not hot here in Houston,,, yet!!!!) Other folks have opted for velour in their RDL seats. Semi-sorta-similar, but velour has a 'nap' to it while sunbrella doesn't.
