I'm planning on riding from AZ to upper Michigan this Summer and trying to find a source for scenic (non-Interstate) highway routes. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the suggestion. I only wish there was source that would give an indication of the quality of the roads and suggest scenic routes. Pictures would be nice!

What I'd like to see is a map where you could put in criteria from your starting point such as "400 miles, stay off freeways, end at a campground/population center of xxx", because THAT'S the way I travel. So far, no luck with online web sites. :022:

Where there's a need, there will be a solution. Just not one I've found yet.
