Thanks for the add to this forum. I've learnt a lot from it already. I bought a 2013 F6B 3 weeks ago. Have 3000 kms (1900 miles) on it already. I have absolutely NO complaints about this bike at all. It just does everything so well. I've come off a V Star 1300 that i really loved ,but the F6B is on a completely different level. As for the low wind shield that many change, maybe i'm lucky, being 6'4" tall i get no buffeting ( the wind hits my chest not my helmet ) . Looking forward to chatting with other owners of this fantastic motorcycle.4611

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the F6b. I am one of the lucky ones that purchased their bike during the winter and have yet to ride it, livingb vicariously from the posts and descriptions of others.

'welcome gang' and :congrats: from NJ. I also agree.I had no head buffeting also with the stock short windshield.I only changed it to a taller windshield in the colder months for more protection for the cold wind/air .batman-smilie.

Welcome! Do they put a different speedometer on the bikes over there?

Its the same speedometer ,but it is marked in km/h instead of mp/h. They are also standard with ABS brakes here.

Luckily it rarely gets too cold over here to have to worry about it. I often wonder what it must be like to have to put the bike away for winter , like a lot have to in the US and Canada.

Winter gives me the time to take my time and do a bunch of mods to the bike .batman-smilie.

I wish they offered this in the US. For such a heavy bike, I would like to have them. I almost bought a full wing just for this option.
