Bout 18" wide and 11 1/2" front to back. Comes even with rear deck at back.
Works well with passenger backrest. Excellent rack and looks good on bike.

The reason I am considering a Honda rack is it's smaller size. I am going to use it without a passenger backrest and I thought the smaller size might look better. Any opinions?

I bought the standard cause I didnt like Rear Back Rest, I got Center kick stand and Tall Shield, what do I have to do to Get Rack like this to bolt , Drill holes thru Handle ?

No drillin, Need B/R brackets and replacement body covers from Honda. Typically ~~100~~ bucks

You need to buy either an aftermarket mount kit and drill four holes in two small removable pieces of body plastic or get the Honda mount kit that comes with the plastic pieces pre-drilled. Here is a link to the Honda kit instructions. You can see what is involved from them.

I ordered a BikeMP3 rack, but still would like to know the dimensions of the Honda rack if anyone has or sees one.

Keeping in mind that it is triangular/trapezoid shaped:

It measures 12" at the widest (near the front of it). It tapers to 7" at the rear.
The depth is 8" or 10.5" depending on where you start the measurement.

The 10.5" is from the furthest most point forward to the tip at the rear. The 8" is from the flat recessed area at the front to the rear tip.
