The weather for the last month has not allowed me to pick up my bike from the dealer. (I live in northern Indiana)
No way I am trailering a new bike home, I wanna ride!

Trading in my 2000 Valkyrie Interstate that I have owned for the last 13 years. It has been a great motorcycle but I am ready for something new. Looking forward to some technology upgrades, self cancelling turn signals, center stand and I will NOT miss the 6 carbs. :icon_lol:

Congrats on the new ride!
F6B is a great replacement bike & coming off an Valk Interstate, the F6 will feel like a sport bike.
I remember your name from the VRCC and maybe the VOA. .welcome20.

Hey Dave, good to know your about to enjoy a great ride...Remember you from the VRCC and a couple Valkyrie meets...Think we ran into each other up in Northern MI a couple years back at a Michigan Valk rally....Rode my 99 Tourer for 6 years and loved the thing, but nothing like the super ride you will notice on the F6B...Hope to hear how things go in the future and I know you will love the F6B.....

Said my last farewells to my 13 year companion on a sunny 31° morning.

Rode about 40 miles to my dealer, Lake City Honda in Warsaw Indiana. (GREAT dealership)
Picked up my black 2013 deluxe with a few upgrades including:
Honda tall vented windshield
Kuryakyn black ISO grips, front fork LEDs and LED rear fender brake/running light.
Hondaline powerport in fairing, passenger headset plug in, luggage rack and a few other little black bits.
First impressions on the ride home: typical flat 6 smooth power and torque, fast and handles like it is on rails.

Looking forward to new adventures!

Is that rifle in the corner of the garage to keep varmints under control or protect your new "baby"....You will love the F6B as you ride it more each time...As I know you loved the Valk , as I did mine, you will soon forget it and really enjoy the difference with the new bike...Keep us posted and ride safe....

Exactly, thats my little varmint rifle. Thats what you need when you live in the woods, no shortage of varmints!
