Fitting a helmet in the saddle bags

Someone mentioned in an earlier post (couldn't find) that they were having problems fitting a full face helmet. Here's the helmet I occasionally use and how it fits. The saddle bag also has a bag liner in there. I hope this helps.

I sit mine just like you would on a table, bottom down.
Mine is XL but it's snug in there but it fits.

Mine will fit, if I fiddle w/it a little but I have to push the door in a little to unlock so it's tight.

My medium Schuberth fits in either side, but the left side is a little easier to fit.

i just place it in sitting on my gloves shield forward
its a xl vemar helmet

Neither mine (XL) or my wife's (M) Roof will fit, tried all ways, guess it's the shape of the shell.
