Anyone have an email address to contact Bikemp3? I ordered and received a set of 960 cowl lights back around January ad just found out I am missing the 2 flat plates for installation. Now my bike is sitting at the shop in limbo

As a suggestion you should edit your post to remove your personal information [to protect you] then send BikeMp3 a private message. You can post publicly that you have sent him a PM.

I sent an email but I do not think it was going to the right location. I was hesitant to personal info but I wanted the company to look up my order and get the parts as soon as possible. thank you for your response

Try sending him a PRIVATE MESSAGE, just scroll over his name with your cursor, click on it and a window will prompt, select private message. He will see that PM much faster then a post on the forum and will be notified when he returns back to the forum with a RED notification up on the right corner where it shows where you are logged in.

Go to our website and use the contact us button like you did before and Nicki will be able to answer you

So I just found out that there are ZERO parts missing its just a case of a mechanic not reading instructions and refusing to watch the install video plus hanging up the phone on Nicki from my office when she tried to help him

It was my suggestion to talk to the mechanic, since the manager was stuck in traffic, The way he acted may explain why he is a mechanic and not a manager. After viewing the video the lights went in properly and work great. The 960 are great lamps. Thank Nicki for me for having patience dealing the mechanic and solving the problem.

Nicki is a joy to work with. You will love the 960 lights. I installed them myself and they do work real well. Not sure if I would let you mechanic do much work if they are not familiar with the equipment and cant speak with the Manufactures about the installation. He would be fired. These are easy enough that the user should be able to install. Real easy to do. My as well get your hand dirty. LOL
