I would like to carry a few more keys on the key ring that my motorcycle key is on. I noticed the extra key may bounce around and damage to ring around the key. Anyone have any ideas how to carry multiple keys on the same key ring with damaging the motorcycle?

Don't... or use a unit that will allow you to disconnect one group of keys from another......never got into the "bunch of keys " deal as to many keys hanging on a key lock as on a steering wheel will eventually cause the lock to fail...

I keep my ignition key on it's own ring and carry my keys on a carabiner. I pull off the key and leave the rest on my belt loop.

And if you go with the Duluth Fire hose pants, # 92204 they come with the loop installed!!!! Perfect!!!!!!

When I ride, its one key only, no ring. Key fits in my 'watch' pocket quite nicely.

I'm able to unlock/enter my house w/o physically carrying a key. :icon_mrgreen:

IMHO you do need a key fob....the reason I know this is I pulled the key from my bike, bumped my hand and dropped the key into the abyss under the plastic... I had to have my son bring me a key...no more!!! To this day have not found the key...maybe when doing a air cleaner change...

OUCH!!! That would suck,,, :icon_frown:

(I have a spare key hidden on my bike. :icon_mrgreen:)

The Fob / "keyless" system like HD or Indian has does look advantageous, but I can see droppin it in 'the abyss' as well,,,. :icon_frown:

Maybe one of these would work?
