Mod for a short rider to stretch

I was looking at Rivco pegs and was wondering if they wud work for me. I'm 5,4" and don't think it will work for me. What other options r there for a guy my size. Looking to stretch n relax my legs and also reachable from the saddle.

Kuryakyn ERGO II or III might work for you as they are adjustable.
