I am installing the 960 lights. These are supposed to be plug and play with no switch necessary. I don't seem to have any juice to the factory connections that the lights plug into to? Any advice would be helpful.

I missed the part where it said I needed to install a jumper behind the radio panel. I watched the video, read the instructions a bunch and that part was nowhere to be found.......The bottom of page 3 talks about this but I thought that was just for switch install...oh well, lights are installed and look great!

Glad you figured that out. The jumper takes the place of an on/off switch. It now acts like a switch that is always on (when the bike is running). If you want the functionality of turning your 960's off or on, I would recommend the illuminated switch from BikeMP3 shown here:

In daytime, without the illumination feature, it's harder to know if your fogs are on or off so this switch is a good choice.

I just tried to get some night shots.....there's no way to get a decent pic, they're too bright and the picture looks like a blob of white. Anyone trying to decide on driving lights these are the ticket.

What are they? PIAA, etc

Good question. I assumed they were designed inhouse at BikeMP3 but they could very well be whiteboxed from elswhere.
