Tinted lens

Has anyone tinted the rear turn signal lenses? Is there such thing available as bolt in aftermarket parts?
I know you can buy a tint paint in a spray can, but I'm a little concerned how clean it would come out.
I even thought about applying light tint window film since the lens is fairly flat...

Any ideas??
