You'll be just starting to ride, and I'll be putting mine away in a couple of weeks until next April.
That's 5 months, or 21 weeks, or 150 days that I can't ride.
Not fair!

Congratulations. You are about to own one of the best bikes Honda has ever built. That says a lot when you're talking Honda.

We ride year round. We just get a little cold sometimes. That's where the Michelin Primacy Alpin comes in handy. Snow tire!!

Congrats!!!! I live in Jackson about 30 miles from Griffin. I'm still undecided on which bike to buy. I really like the F6B But I'm also looking at a new Fjr, and BMW GS.. This is a great site, alot of good info on the F6b. I know the Honda would be bullet proof and a great bike.

Too late... you posted so you gotta get a 6 :icon_biggrin:

Those bikes you listed are very different from each other. BMW GS... dual sport. Yamaha FJR... sport tour. Honda F6B... tour sport.

If I could think of a better bike to point you to, I would. Seriously. But the F6 is truly the bomb... for me anyway... coming from the perspective of being tired of the high seat height and bent over riding position of my last bike which was a BMW K1200.

Bulletproof... I hope so. I plan on putting several hundred thousand miles on mine.

Bmw/Ducati of Marietta, Ga. is having a Demo day on the 25th. Can't wait to ride all of their new bikes, especially the GS, and RT.. My last bike was a 07 St1300. Super smooth engine and handled really good for a big heavy bike. I test rode a 2014 Triumph Rocket Roadster a few months back, what a beast!! Reminded me of my 99 Valk I had but with alot more power.. I'm going to try and arrange a Demo with an F6b before I pull the trigger. My wife likes the seat on the f6, she says it sure looks comfy:icon_mrgreen:

The seat is indeed big and comfy... women love it cuz it makes their butt look smaller :icon_biggrin:

Go ahead Ken. Kick Kim to the curb. I got room on the back for her and her azz.

I don't know, Shooter, that butt overhang might rub on the tops of the saddlebags on both sides and scratch up the paint :yikes:
