Last Aug I paid $15.699 for my F6B I was and still happy with that price. But now I see a Dealer 40 miles from has a new one for $14299. Great price for a great bike. Did Honda offer more rebates on left over 2013? What are the 2014 going for?
I heard the 2015 will be $20,500.

I got mine for less than that and yes there was a rebate according to the sales person. I am not sure how it worked and haven't seen it advertised but the paper work shows a $2600 rebate. They didn't start with that rebate but I wasn't there to buy a bike and the sales person said he made a call to Honda and came up with the rebate. I just kind of laughed. Anyway the price before Tax, title, dealer prep etc was $13,800 on a 13 standard. I know it was setting on the sales floor for at least 4 months.

The riding experience that only an F6 can give you makes my bike PRICELESS :icon_biggrin:

I have seen the $13.900 in the northeast for the 13 and 14 is $1000 more ... Non deluxe . Its not just Honda , Yamaha dealers have come down $14800 on the new Vmaxs ... considering MSRP $17900 on a 13 thats not bad .
I all most want to rotate out one of the older bikes and pick up a full wing , its a buyers market .

Sounds like some good deals.
How many 2013 F6B's did Honda make? Sell??? How many are left?
What are the dealer' paying for these?
Love mine

Quick search on Cycle Trader shows 5 dealers currently offering leftover 2013 F6B at around $13,999 and about twenty others under $15K. Great time to buy a leftover 2013.

Boy did I get screwed at Fred Cummings Motorsports in Bakersfield Ca.

I paid a difference of 11,000 plus my 2010 Stratoliner. I figure I could have gotten anywhere from 8 to 10k for my Strat. So I really paid 19 to 20k for the F6B.

I obviously did not shop enough, and it is always better to sell the bike you currently have, outright, vice trade.

Don't feel bad, you are not alone. I paid 19k for my deluxe, but that was in 2013.

But you got to enjoy your bike for 2 years. When they first came out there were no great deals on them like now.

Got mine from the same dealership.

If you haven't checked your tires air pressure, better do it. Mine were <20psi at delivery.
Also, don't buy a service manual from them. They'll sell you one for a GL1800A, and insist it's the correct one.

All of us that bought new in 13 when they first came out paid a lot more the the left over 13 deals now.But to be honest even though it kind of pisses me off how low they have gone I do not regret for a minute getting my F6B at the price I paid.I plan on riding this one for many miles and years as I know this bike can outlast me.:icon_biggrin:

I also paid a little high for mine in Sept of 2013, but got a really good deal on my trade..Had it custom painted, Cobra pipes, Mustang seat and other goodies and love the thing...As I have said before, if your happy with your bike and your dealer and felt your deal was fine, who gives a "rats ass" what others paid or who supposedly got a better deal!!..Someone, somewhere, always gets a "better deal"...I wonder??

I know that a financial analyst would have my head for this but I didn't really care what the bottom line was when I bought it, only that the numbers worked for my budget. I wanted the F6B something fierce, I owed more on my trade than it was worth (because I only owned it for 6 months and had financed it), and as long as I was going to make a bike payment I wanted to make it on the bike I really wanted. That being said, my finance guy did really well by me, and when all was said and done I basically paid 19.5k for the F6B, and it was like my original bike loan never happened.

Would I have rather paid the $15k OTD that I could get it for now? Sure, but I am not losing any sleep over it and I have loved every single one of the 19k miles I have put on it so far.

You are dead on my friend!!...As long as the buyer is a happy camper, and as I said earlier, who gives a "rats ass" what deals others, did or did not, get on the F6B....

Are those $15,000 dollar 13s coming with the 1.9 % interest loans and $1000 worth of parts, too?

Most likely, with the 15's coming out Mother Honda and the dealers aren't going to want 13's sitting around. If CC and black pipes aren't a big deal then the 13's are a great option for someone who doesn't already own one.

Mine came with the 1.9 interest but no $1000 in parts.

Mine came with $1000 worth of parts, I don't know if they had a deal on interest rates when I bought in Aug.

I paid $20,000 for my 2013 runout F6B in Brisbane Australia. That included the higher windscreen which just about every review that I read said it needed. With the exchange rate i think I got a reasonable deal until the salesman tried to rip me off by dropping the price of the trade in after we had agreed to it. He didn't get it!. Good dealership - shonky salesman.

Who's ever gonna pay MSRP again? Why is the MSRP so high if they're just going to drop it so much later?

I think American Honda is shooting itself in the foot here. Honest pricing goes a long way! This shouldn't be like going to a car dealer!

Either that, or add new features and keep the price steady.

Because like every other vehicle, the value is less once the next year is out, let alone the next 2 years. It is not limited to Honda, all the manufacturers do the same thing. A good comparison is the same dealership I mentioned earlier also has a leftover 2013 Kawasaki Concours C14 for $11k, sticker was $16,699. So the 2013 F6B is 32.5% off of MSRP and the Connie is 34% off of MSRP.

I was lucky to get a deluxe for right around 16 this last spring! I'm more than happy with this bike! Anybody sitting on the fence get out your checkbook now! Get a deluxe if you can! Heated grips ..center stand and self canceling signals are not must haves but boy they sure are nice!

Honda has a history of producing too many bikes and then having to blowout leftover models at thousands off MSRP. I bought a 2003 VTX in 2005 and it was about $5K cheaper than MSRP. Same thing with the F6B. It's simply an issue of supply and demand. Those that want the new 2015 with cruise when it first comes out will pay full MSRP or close to it until demand drops again.

Even Harley has leftover bikes these days that they discount off MSRP to move off the showroom floor.

True Dat! In 2008n I bought a leftover 2006 Spec 3 1800 for $8400--- MSRP was $14,400 but I had to drive to NJ to get it. Wednesday I am driving to Rockville MD to get my 13 F6B Standard--- OTD $14,449 I think with .4%. I am putting a decent chunk on a down payment, but will pay $56 in interest for the 3 year loan. Advertised price was $12,999 with no other incentives. I looked all week long for the best deal in the southeast and that was IT! Not bad for a $20,000 bike 2 years ago. :icon_cool:

Yup, the deals are out there. I bought my leftover 2013 F6B this past summer and was able to get a great price locally. The F6B is the best bike I've ever owned regardless of price, but it sure is nice to get a great deal too.:icon_cool:

I am glad for those that got their "good deal" on the 2013 F6B leftovers..But I got a nice deal on mine and I am just as happy as you are and have been able to ride mine for the last couple years....As I said earlier, if your happy with the bike and deal you got...Nobody really cares what "super deal" someone else may or may not have secured!!!...Ride safe

I got my 2013 F6 last month for a very nice price and while it was sitting in a crate somewhere I was enjoying the heck out of my 12 wing and 10 C14. I personally would rather wait on a new model until there is some feedback from others who bought it first.

If they had included cruise control on them from the start, they might not have quite as many left over. I bought something else to get me by until cruise was added, as it was destined to be. But, I'm certainly not going to be in a hurry to buy a $20k 2015 model, when I see what the depreciated price will be in no time.
