Hey guys - two quick questions
* where can I find a gas cap connector wire (like a car has).
* where do I find the Honda radio knob link (to disguise two spare keys for saddlebag lock and cubby lock).
Thank you!

As for the gas tank cap security wire I find the gas cap fits side on it the recessed area next to the gas tank spout so it doesn't fall off the bike or get left on the pumps if this is any help.

As said above, no clue on the key/knob issues, but I see no need for a gas cap wire as I put the cap next to the filler hole and when done just screw it back on...Don't ever remember having a bike with a wire for the gas cap, but I'm sure that there are some out there....

I put my cap on the speedo ledge to remind me to put it back on :icon_biggrin:

I put my gas cap on the motorcycle seat. Guarantee I will not drive off with a big lump under my butt.

I don't get off the bike during refills... why do that? :icon_biggrin:

I do however level the bike in order to get a full fill.

Good point for some, but I get off the bike to fuel so I can stretch and move around for a minute or so..Last time I tried to fuel sitting on the bike I spilled gas all over the place..Just a "clutz" I suppose.....

Radio shack has some nice radio knobs what have an allen head screw that tightens against the key shank once you've ground it down a bit. The stock GW radio knobs do make a nice match, tho the Radio Shack knob is the only one that closely fit the trunk latch key. Simple job that really helps make things easier.

Yepers, bigbird, that's exactly what I had in mind.
Thanks so much.
For me, this will be the best solution.

Brilliant! Maybe black screws would look better though.

Not the cheapest way to go. Dealer charged $9.33 per knob and $8 per key to match the radio.

Yes on Radio Shack, I got two nice looking knobs, one was $3.99 the other $2.99 The smaller one fits right into the opening for the bags, both look good.
