Finally got my hydraulic bike lift set in the floor. So much easier to ride on and ride off with no ramps etc.

Steve

I just cut a hole in the floor 5/8 inch bigger than the lift and dug down a little deeper. I used brick pavers for the floor and filled any small gaps with dry mortar mix. Once I was happy it was level and straight I wet it all down to set the mortar mix.
I then mixed up some mortar and plastered around the inside edges to hold any loose dirt back and filled in the small trench I dug to lay the hydraulic hose in. The hose lays in some 2" plastic plumbing pipe.

I don't park any cars in my shed but this lift has a capacity of 1800lbs or 800kg

Awesome! Every man cave should have one! Maybe two! You guys have to stop this. Every time I think I'm done, something like this gets posted. I now have a winter project.

If you look at the photo carefully you will see the beer tap sticking out from the fridge door.

This was so I didn't get thirsty while digging the hole.

After considering all things, it may be better if I just moved into your garage! It's got everything I need right there-- shelter, bike lift, beer, etc....
