passenger backrest with brackets and luggage rack

I found this setup on ebay for $587.00. Sounds kinda pricey. Where is the best place to purchase this accessory?

I'm not sure about the back rest but the luggage rack can be found on wing stuff or one of the other fourm sponcers, there are a couple different after market racks for the f6b.

I prefer the MP3 luggage rack.
