windshield draft

I purchased a tall windshield for my new bike. The short is not a good choice for winter riding. The one I had the dealer put on is a real tall at 20". The new problem is now there's no wind in the front of be BUT it now hits the back of my neck. Looking to replace wit a shorter one. Anyone ever had one from Cee Baileys?

I just installed the 13" CB w/vent. Great speedy service, fit and finish was perfect. The next size larger the 15" would work for me also however for all around riding IMO this 13" seems perfect.
