Finally took the jump and traded in my 2007 Kawasaki Nomad for the new 2015 Blue F6B. Ordered the tall windshield, center stand and aux power plug for the accessories.
My only question is highway pegs...I have a 34" inseam so what would be my best choice for type of highway pegs???
Just need the friggin snow here to start melting!!!

Congrats on the new F6B! I just ordered one also (matte silver Deluxe) and am awaiting its arrival (although I won't be riding anytime real soon here in Nebraska).

Sounds like you've already thought of the biggies (center stand, windshield). I will also want some highway pegs for mine -- will be looking for some that match the matte black finish of the bike.

Perhaps a good throttle-lock? Breakaway or Throttlemeister?

Enjoy!

Congrats on the new bike!! I also was riding a Nomad before i got my F6B!! You'll notice a big difference between the two bikes. As far as highway pegs,I put a set of the Kuryakyn Ergo III adjustable pegs on mine. Haven't rode much with them yet but seem to work well for me.

I will be leaning towards these for sure but will drive the bike a bit before I decide. I like the fact that they don't stick out when not in use.

I remember when I first test drove the F6B I was sold on it right away. The brakes scared the crap out of me because it stopped on a dime. When I got back on the nomad and started to drive I realized how smooth the F6B was. I can't wait for summer!!

I have the Aero pegs and love them, get a lot of compliments on them. I have a 31 inch inseam and have them adjusted about 3/4 of the way forward. You have several inches of adjustment with them. Great pegs.

yes there is a big difference on the brakes on the f6b. That was the first thing i noticed when i drove it. Second thing was how light and nimble the bike seemed. The nomad is a great bike but it's severely top heavy at slow speeds. I still have my nomad but will be selling it here soon. The f6b is the best bike i've owned!

I have these and like them also, but they're heavy and stick out so I only mount them when going on a trip. Only takes 10 or 15 minutes to remove or install. :icon_biggrin:

Here are a few pictures of my Rivcos set at it's closest setting. Before I purchased the Rivcos, I wanted to make sure my feet could reach the pegs comfortably. I placed a box on the ground on each side at the middle bolt. While I sat on the bike, I placed my feet on the box and found myself purchasing the Rivcos right away.
