Alright all you Northeners chomping at the bit for better weather... show us Southern guys what a stored F6 looks like :icon_mrgreen:

Indoor storage? Outdoor? Covered, uncovered? Got any snow or leaf coverage? Tires elevated or no?

Post some pics!

2 feet of snow last week (Thursday), mild temps since Saturday and temps in the 60s yesterday with pouring down rain on Tuesday, Voila, some riding in after work. Awesome. Storage for me is just in my garage between weather events.

Great pics Jimmytee. how do you like the Corbin seat? I think that will be my next investment. I am thinking of going into the company and letting them get as near a perfect fit for me for my 6ft 5 in frame...lol

I really like it. Seems I must have a Corbin butt as they say. When I was deciding which seat I wanted, the Corbin was my favorite looking seat. I knew I wanted a back rest and had to have a passenger back rest for the wife to ever ride. She would not ride without it. Tried once and it scared her without the security she felt with the back rest. I have a Valkyrie with Ultimate seats and we really like those. I was aware ,though , that the Corbin seats were known to be firm and many don't care for that. Because of this and not wanting to spend money on a seat I would find uncomfortable, I was leaning towards the Ultimate seat. Then a member on here put his Corbin up for sale. He had gone through I think 4 different seats looking for the "Holy Grail" (his words) of seats. In his efforts to find this "Holy Grail" , he had the Corbin reupholstered in black Velour. He offered up the Corbin with rider and passenger back rests, the backrest bracket, the brackets for the luggage rack and the OEM luggage rack for $450 shipped to my door. Couldn't pass that up. And I have been very pleased. It works very good for me and have been on some long rides with the seat providing support where I need it. I get complements on the Black velour , which is very comfortable. Seems warmer in the cool weather and cooler in the hot weather.

Wow that was the deal of the century....I am really considering getting the seat but when I go to Daytona next couple of weeks I will head over to Corbin.

Living where you live, that's a definite plus. Whether you wanted a Corbin or you're not far from Ultimate either.:icon_cool:

Between the seat, the Ergo III highway pegs and the Helibars, the bike is extremely comfortable. Oh, and I have the jams too. I was out riding yesterday with the Sub pumping out some bass and streaming Pandora radio as I rode through a beautiful blue sunny sky. Awesome.

There's something cool about seeing the 6 tucked away, like a bear in hibernation waiting to come out and pounce on something :icon_biggrin:

I told you that little booger puts out some bass for just being a 6.5" Sub. Glad it worked out for you. The trunk looks good.
