I really like the look, but don't see them around much.

Is it not that good as Baker wing?

I have a couple of friends who use those on their wings in the winter and swear by them to keep the wind off. They remove them when it warms up to get better air circulation behind the windscreen.

I had similar things on a Kawi Concours and an older GoldWing -- definitely welcome in the cooler weather. Actually, both I had were a different design than pictured, in that they could pivot like 100 degrees or so, and thus could be extended to block air in the cool weather, but could be pivoted to deflect extra air to you in the hot weather. I would recommend looking around for something like that as an option. (Or just remove this style altogether in the summer, as suggested above.)
