Sena SMH10-11 Headset

I just ordered a Sena SMH10-11 headset. I am using the older model HJC SY-Max 2 Helmet. Will the SMH10 camp ok on the side allowing the flip to clear it OK when Flip down? There is not a lot of room along the bottom.
