I am not sure what to search for but I am sure this is been covered.

What are my options for Changing out the Orange lens covers on the back side of the side mirrors.

Ideally I would like for these to match the headlight and I am planning on installing these
LED Rectangular Lower Fog Light Kit GL 1800 Gold Wing 12+ & F6B
from Value Accessories.

Go to Wingstuff.com or SoCalMotoGear.com and check out your options. I personally like the smoked lenses. But if you do smoked or clear, you will need to switch your bulbs to an amber bulb. Or you can convert to the switchback bulbs that are white as running and amber when the turn signal is applied.
