Black for me ...if/when I repaint it will be a better Black... JMHO...could not give me the grey color..(reason: dangerous, blends into the road)...the others are OK...I have had a bike of each color!

Black of course.
I'm with Steve0080, I'll have mine painted black this upcoming winter, this time a real paint with a clear coat, you know, they way it should have been when I plunked down all that cash.

I think the 2015 Blue is a great color, had a black one but not very noticeable in the dark.

The others colors all look good, but I think F6B is meant to be black.

Bob that's an interesting point. It seems common sense to us that dark colors are hard to see at night, and light colors are easy... and there's probably some truth in that but IMO this is mostly imaginary.

In a pitch dark room, white color is equally as difficult to see as black color... and I think this applies to white and black motorcycles on dark nights.

It's only when we introduce a light source that we can see anything in the dark, white or black. A MUCH better way to become visible is to use reflective tape... which can be bought in various colors to blend in with the bike, but when a light source hits it, it *shines* bright white.

I would hope nobody gets over confident about their visibility at night due solely to the color of your bike.

How many here have not seen all the available colors in person? I've never actually laid eyes on the yellow. My own bike is the only blue F6B I've ever seen.

I saw a matte silver F6B outside for the first time today. I must admit it looked a lot better than when I saw one under the artificial light at the motorcycle show. I think I'd still get the blue if I were to do it all over again, but the matte silver is really growing on me.

I've only seen Red, Black, and the Silver Matte... and me too, the Silve is growing on me.

I last black for aesthetics. However, I would not own one with Hondas paint quality. The reason I went with red was I had just come off 7 straight black Harleys and I wanted a change. Glad I chose the red because mine hardly shows any scratches and I have never waxed it. Only used Pledge to clean and protect.

Been a long time since I put a coat of LG on the bike. I did so today, and am amazed once again how well that stuff works. I can deal with the paint, as long as I have products like this.

+1 to that.I was going to have my 13 black repainted but after a year of many products the Liquid Glass made it look better then the day I rode off the showroom floor. So easy to apply and for me when that black shines it's THE color for this bike.

.... but really I would prefer the "burnt orange custom" I have seen on the F6B as pictured above

My new favorite color is Elin's paint. I guess you really can't call it a paint job, let's call it "Paint Art."

I love the Matte Grey that one just called to me. But I'm fortunate enough to have an all black Wing which Honda only made in 14. I do love that green and the orange. If I ever painted one it would be something crazy like that!

Blue is the newest and fastest color, which makes it da bomb! Seriously, I love mine. I'm just tired of black vehicles. Had a few black bikes and cars, no interest in it anymore. I like that I'm more easily seen and it's very different. I wish they would offer the anniversary Goldwing red on the F6B.

While I own a '13 in black it was not my first choice of color. Truth be known I hate black vehicles!!!! Yes they look awesome when clean and scratchless but that only lasts for about 5 minutes then they look like you should spend two hours cleaning again. My first color of choice was the yellow. But seems as though they're like a unicorn when looking to buy. Next was red and I found several when looking but all were higher than I was willing to pay. My black showed up with 15k miles and the price was good enough for me to drive 5 hours to get. So black it is. The blue and matte silver just don't do it for me either.

Well Wayne, there is a brand spanking new yellow up here. But...the dealer who has it never sells ANYTHING below sticker. If you offer them less, they'll just stonewall you until you either give in to the sticker price...or just plain go away. Me, I went away.

I bought a new 2014 yellow F6 in July, it was the last one they had at a great price. Not sure if that would have been my choice of colors if I had a choice. I love it now, I guess that's human nature we tend to love what we have, mine's better than yours and all that bull .

I have to admit I have not had a problem with my paint up to this point, maybe just lucky.

Does any one know what the production numbers are as it pertains to colors?

+1. The difference for me for this exact situation was $3,100.

That being said, my initial resistance to the blue model has faded to where I almost like it now. Everyone must think it is a Yamaha.

One more comment on color - apparently once you go black, you do go back… :icon_cool:

The best color, IMHO, is the maroon/black two-tone on the 40th anniversary full Wing.

Soooo…all this talk about paint…mine is the infamous black, and I haven't done anything to the finish yet (front end covered in many bugs). I am not as anal about the appearance of the bike as many riders are. However, I will take care to make sure it looks good, but I won't obsess over it. Seems like Liquid Glass is a popular choice here after a fresh wash. Mine is in the garage except when riding it and at work (which is many daylight hours). How often do you recommend applying LG?

I'll check the link.

Have you seen any other F6Bs in our area? I don't think I have ever seen one, other than the one in the garage…that being said, I wasn't watching for any until mid-summer, when my interest in these machines became much greater.

Did anybody notice the green one w/ the EBC rotors on the front and the custom paint? That used to belong to Andy Katz, I believe in Florida. He listed it on Ebay in August of 2014. I went to the credit union to get a loan for that and the bimbo said she would get back with me. It was on a Saturday. She said if she didn't call me...call her. I waited until Monday afternoon, called...no answer. Left a voice mail. Never heard from her. I called Andy Monday night and the bike was sold. I got the black F6B from Russellville a few days later. Went back to the credit union and she was doing nothing so I went and asked her if she remembered I applied for a MC loan. She didn't. I told her what happened and all she said was "sorry". I suppose I should have went to the supervisor but I know it's the way of the world (in most cases) that the kids nowadays just don't want to work and do what's right. Self discipline...doing the right thing when no one is looking. That bike had thousands of $'s of extras on it. Way to many to list.

I find it interesting that many here including myself have "de badged " their bikes in order to move away from the Honda branding. I feel that the color black works similarly. It tends to strengthen the non Honda pursuit. Black looks serious...

Had Red been an option when I got my B it would've a slam dunk...I like my Matte Grey as it does blend in...That may not be ideal from a safety standpoint, however most cage runners are to busy fiddling with their phones to see us anyway.

I bought a still in the crate Matte Gray 2015 Deluxe last month. Never saw it in the flesh, just wanted an F6B. I was more concerned with performance than color. I have always had bright shiny red Italian sport bikes. The F6B would be a paradigm shift. I am slowly beginging to see the F6B for what it is to me, function over form. And the stealth look is growing on me as I type this. However I kept my 07 Ducati ST3 in red, which everyone knows is the fastest color.
