I currently have Rocky's risers. Although I like them better than Kuryakyn But still need some pullback. So today I stopped at my dealer and asked them to move the bars all the way back. That brought the bars little bit closer to me and let me tell you how much more comfortable I felt. For the first time I felt in complete control of the bike. The bike felt much more lighter than before. It made me sit further back, resulting in more sure footedness at stops. With the bars forward I think I was sitting more close to the gas tank and higher.
But my happiness was short lived. With bars all the way back my wrist was under stress. But It gave me an Idea how much more comfort I can get. All I need is more pullback with greater wrist adjustment. So I'm thinking whether to get ultimate seat first, which will push me forward and relieve the wrist stress. But I'll loose 1 inch drop by giving up on mustang seat. Or go with heli bars and stay with mustang. With mustang I'm experiencing lower back pain after a while. There cannot be any compromise on handle bar comfort that's for sure. Helli seems to be the right direction to go.
