State Farm Bill just hit the door....

Bodily Injury 50,000/100,000
Property Damage 50,000
500 Deductible Comp
500 Deductible collision

For the price of............... $132.89 ( 6 months )

With an occasional diver of my son who is 20 living in the house...(apparently if he lives there and may ride one of my bikes he is required to be on the policy...

P/S. I checked and State Farm goes by the cc's and not the model of the bike.....

Wow, I think I'm gonna be dizzy. Mine is just over $600 for six months. 100/300, $500 ded, un and under. Ouch.

Is it that much cheaper to drop to 50/100? Or is it the underinsured/uninsured that's killing us? We gotta have it in AZ, too many people driving around without insurance. (or licenses) :icon_doh:

I have State Farm too, BTW. Home, Auto, Life.

I've tried to get USAA since I'm a Veteran, but they always quote me higher than State Farm. Oh well.

Under/un almost doubles our rates. I won't go without it in AZ. Too many poor asses driving w/o insurance and licenses... :bsII:

Bodily injury coverage of $100,000 won't go too far. May want to look at upping that coverage a bit.

I would not have any lower then 100/300 for bodily injury. And you do not show uninsured or underinsured which I would not go without as many on the road have no insurance of there own. Here in Nevada we have to have it but even if they didn't make us I would pay the extra 90 dollars a year they charge me with American Family Insurance.

I have just revised my policy to 300,000 single limit per accident (rather than 100/300) for liability and under/uninsured coverage. It just doesn't make sense to have 100/300 under/uninsured coverage when there is just me on the bike. It's there to cover lost wages. On a Harley cruiser (sorry, sorry), this is going to run 500 per year, 350 of that is under/uninsured, the rest is liability, comp, collision. It would be 350 per year with 100/300 limits.
If you know this stuff already, my apology
