Lot of good in that there vid. Beer butt chicken, TEXAS A&M, firearms and wild critters.

If you never tried beer butt chicken, give it a shot. You'll be amazed at how moist it is. No trimming the bird, just tear it apart like the meat eating mammal you are.

Not from where I live but, you would be surprised at this town.
Lexington,Illinois is red neck to the max mixed with the upper crust.
Everyone get's along rather well for the most part.
I have corn/bean fields and woods less than 2 blocks away from my house.
Coyotes,deer,racoons all around me.
Our town allows Golf Carts and UTVs on the city streets.
People take their kids to school in them.

Beer can chicken is awesome for sure.
To really make it good, about 30 minutes before it is done, start basting it with BBQ sauce.
Slather it on about every 5 minutes.
