yes...we wear our helmets 98% of the time...when she is big enough to go for a real ride she will have her own helmet for sure

When my son was about 4years old, I drove home from work on my (then) Honda 750. He was playing in the yard. he ran over to greet me, and before I could dismount, he leaned against the exhaust pipe, and got a nasty leg burn. I can still hear him scream. Just don't let that happen to your young ones. :yes:

My uncle took me for a ride on his goldwing when I was a kid (late 70s). I remember it like it was yesterday. Waving at people like you were a rock star, the wind in your face, leaning in turns. I thought it was great and was instantly hooked!

I think we all have a memory that got us into riding... mine was seeing a big guy named Roger take off on his H.D. and had it leaned over way far ...as a child just seemed to cool.... this my be her memory that starts her to riding!!!

She is hooked...I took her around the block as a 1 year old in one of those back packs that people carry their kids in....I remember my dad had this friend who came to visit one time all the way from cali...he was a member of the hells angles....I remember how cool I thought he was...then later found out that my parents made him stay in a hotel because he brought his teenage girlfriend with him...seems like once you get the bug you always have it....I am so privileged to get to share this with my granddaughter....I know one day when someone asks her of her love of riding I will be the one who helped her catch the bug
