Blank Spark Plug Covers

I would like to "black out" my bike including the spark plug covers. Does anyone have a lead on blank covers?

I called Rivco to buy the blanks from their Aero Highway Pegs (with just 2 holes drilled), but they will not sell the blanks nor do any custom work.

I see some covers on FleaBay, but they are not blanks.

I used bondo to fill in the logo, scuffed up the rest then painted them black.
