Thanks for posting the video. Quite sobering. Already I try not to interact with anyone in traffic who isn't an obvious friendly.

Man that was attempted murder, plain and simple.

One thing the motorcyclist did wrong.
He cursed at the guy.
If someone cursed at me like he did,I would get pissed also.
The difference being I would not run into the guy.
Did the motorcyclist instigate this confrontation?
Yes, by cursing at the guy.
I am sure he didn't think the man in the car would come after him.
Was the driver wrong for going after him and running into him?
He!! yes.
Glad the motorcyclist is not more seriously injured or dead.
I hope the guy in the car gets the maximum penalty he can get.
On a side note,it sure would be nice if police would actually ticket people for texting/using cell phones while driving.
I personally have seen police look right at people doing it and just ignore it.

In some states it is a secondary violation which means they can't pull you over for it. They have to see you doing something else and then they can ticket you for that also.

I never thought of that.
I am used to Illinois where you can be pulled over for anything at anytime.

In IL they can pull you over for just having your phone in your hand, It is Illegal while driving.
The rider started the whole mess.
Did he deserve what he got? NO! I hope they throw the book at the Driver.

Truth be known the motorcyclist let his mouth overload his azz to the wrong guy.
That is the trouble now days.
No one takes responsibility for their actions.
As I said earlier, he didn't deserve to be ran into.
He does need to learn not everyone is just going to let someone curse at them and just take it.

WOW seriously!!!! Just cause he said the F word. i would say the guy in the Beemer was just a tad bit more in the wrong than just a harmless F bomb

The beamer guy is 100% wrong for running into him.
That is a given.
To answer your question about saying the F Bomb,yes for just saying it.
When you start out cursing at someone,generally that tends to set a very negative mood within the person that is being cursed at.

Nothing good ever comes from an encounter such as this. As much as you want to say what he did just forget it. 5 mins down the road hopefully you have cooled down, you & your bike or car is intact. Unfortunately this is the world we live in folks please be careful out there.

That's why I carry, you come after me with a car that's attempted murder with a deadly weapon, I will retaliate. He's lucky the rider wasn't carrying.

I do attempt to minizmize stuff like that I hit the horn and let them know and make my way around and away from them!
