I'd like to suggest sharing music files among member here. I was thinking of using free cloud storage where each of us uploads as much of their collection as possible... and then other members can browse and download whatever they like.

Would it be too difficult to devise a workable system to do this?

Would members not want to share if they paid a lot of money for their music?

Are the legal liabilities too prohibitive?
