I had 6,200 km. on the bridgestone, with about 2500 left on it. I went with a hankook optimo 426 b , 195 55 16, which is a run flat tire,v rated. Tried 40, then 37, then 34, which seems to be very good. The sidewall has to flex a little to corner well. straight line stability is excellent. I had it up to 170 km ph with no problems. It rides much better as well. The tire weighs 22.4 LBS. I will put a 140 70 18 rear tire on the front. The 140 will track better with the wider rear. as it is now it is hard to tell the difference. The tire went on easily with no weight needed to balance. I will never go back to a motorcycle tire again.
