So, Think I Have a Name for my 2015 Blue Deluxe….

….I name my bikes. Helps the wife when I've had more than one. Try to name them after women with similar characteristics unless another feature stands out.

My orange 2014 Yamaha FZ09 most recently was "Valencia".

My 2013 Yamaha FJR1300 was "Shelly" after Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, women's 100M champ in 2012 olympics. She was strong and fast, but no twig.

My 2009 Yamaha FZ6(s) (Yes, two) were "Sarah" after Sarah Conner--thin, wiry, edgy.

For this new blue bike I'm thinking "Ronda". Great that it rhymes with Honda, and it's for Ronda Rousey, current UFC women's bantamweight champ. She's considered the greatest lady fighter pound for pound. Seems fitting! (Yes, I know my Ronda is no bantamweight……8-)
