Just purchased a HJC IC Cruiser helmet http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/65259/i/hjc-is-cruiser-helmet after wearing a Bell Rogue during the hotter seasons riding. The HJC is a really great helmet and way better than anything I've worn from HJC before. Its the 1st visor in an HJC that doesn't rattle around at speed. Visor is easy to adjust, stays where you put it, keeps the wind out of my eyes and is pretty comfortable up to around 75mph, after that I notice buffeting but that has more to do with my ws height. It's reasonably light and seems to flow air pretty well, least wise I was comfortable up to the 83F the bike was posting. Price is $94.99 tho you can find -$10 mark downs on black sometimes. I really like this helmet, for a halfie, it gives pretty good protection. In conclusion if any one wants my Bell Rogue I'll be selling it for about 40% off the list price, think I found something that works for me.

I like HJC and have worn varying types of helmets from that company. Still do.. I have a modular and a 3/4 helmet. Always in white.

I just recently got this one,Bell MAG-9 Sena Helmet and am really impressed. It's great having the drop down sunshield and the vents work excellent. I got tired of the the wind whistling around my ears with the half helmet. I should have done this years ago

I have the IC also and although I am very happy with the Helmet, mine must be an older version because mine has NO rear vents so it gets a bit warm on very hot days.
SO... be careful when buying a discounted one as it may be the older "non vented"

Yes, on long highway rides; I wear earplugs. The squishy foam kind.

I had a Superseer half helmet for about 10 years until I had a crash. Just reordered another one because I liked the fit so much. It is a custom helmet and a little over $300. Yes that is a lot but I got 10 years out of the first one. It work well in my crash and the fit is great.

My pleasure, end of the season is always a good time to buy gear, prices go down along with the temperature.
