I have done spins in C-150's and C-172's. I am not real fond of them but they are a must to learn if you fly.

It is said that any landing you can walk away from is a good one however any landing you can walk away from and not have to pull your wallet our is a better one. :jerkit:

For a brief time; I was getting into ultralight training here in Maryland; specifically powered parachutes (PPG). Actually went for orientation one Saturday and practiced with a wing... but never fully committed to it thereafter.

Still want to fly ultralights; but with all of the air restrictions in Maryland; it's impossible/prohibited to fly one around here.

For that... I wish I lived elsewhere as well.

Is it possible that the engineer that designed the gold wing was a pilot? The Lycoming is also a flat opposed engine.

PORSCHE 911's have had a flat 6 engine much longer then Honda
