Our managers need only to hear her first 4 minutes and apply that. What a world of difference. We have picked overpaid messengers as our front line managers. No key leadership skills at all. Nice interview, thanks Steve.

Having a number of years in management training and being heavily influenced by the Bible, I have been listening to and preaching that message for years. The problem is, not many seem to listen. Lots of good common sense from a smart girl.
