Now I can die knowing I have heard of everything...amish choclate covered bacon...NEVER thought i'd see those words in that sequence!! or even in proximity to each other.

I recently had "rattlesnake eggs" at the Red River Steakhouse in McLean, Texas (route 66).

Deep fried bacon wrapped creme cheese stuffed jalapenos (no breading), EXCELLENT.

It looks similar to a chocolate covered shard from a Takata airbag deployment.
