I use a Sena and I bought a cord from them that made the connection. As I recall it was about $20 for the cord.

I've been using the SM10-01 with my 20s for quite a few months and am very pleased with it. All you need is Sena's SC-A0121 cable to connect the SM10 to the bike. It's $22 at Amazon. I put the SM10-01 in the left pocket. I also moved the 5-pin connector to the inside of the pocket. So everything is out of sight.

I see the 5 pin din to 3.5mm headphone connection. How do you connect that to the Sena?

I think you need TO the plug that cable into the SM10-01 and then it will send the signal via bluetooth to the Sena HEADPHONES

Does anyone have experience with this?

When you are listening to the bikes radio will the GPS signals, phone calls, and etc cut into the stream and play over the top?

The 3.5mm plug portion of the cable does plug into a port on the SM10.

I will need to buy both parts / I have them in my shopping cart with amazon now.

(I just have another question)
When you are listening to the bikes radio will the GPS signals, phone calls, and etc from my cell phone cut into the radio stream and play over the top?

Sorry, I can't speak to any of that. I use it for music only. I would think the bluetooth headset would determine the priority. The SM10 is strictly a transmitter like a GPS with bluetooth.

And yes, you need the both the SM10 and the cable to be able to listen to your bike's music.

I have the same question. I use my Sena headset for phone calls. BTW, Sena makes great headsets.

I looked at my Sena headset (SMH5) manual and answered my own question. The headset will pair with multiple devices, then prioritizes them with phone calls at the top.

I looked into most available options, and since it is time for a new helmet, decided on the Sena 10U Bluetooth unit.
Fully integrated into the helmet with no external wart. I have full control of phone, GPS, and radio/music from either the phone or GPS.
I'll leave the bikes stereo for when Im traveling below a 100kms or when parked.
A great fully integrated option, and just shows how far these units have come.

Very nice. Had that been available, I would have purchased a 10u instead of a 20s. I'll just have to live with the wart until it dies.
