Has anyone used these lower 4 piece wind deflectors? If so, are they much help for hot and cold weather ?

I have used these on my own F6B since it was new. I would not be without them. Perfect for blocking cold air and then pushing more air into you when hot out.
I used a different brand on my Valkyrie which work very well also. I like the ratcheting mechanism portion of these a little better.

Rick, thanks for the quick feedback.

Did drilling the side cover strips weaken them severely ?

I am looking at getting the B set up for colder 2-up riding (heated seats, clothing controllers, wind protection).

No, I have had the side cover strips off many, many times, does not effect them at all.
You would want the Mirror Mount deflectors also. I can not imagine riding in the cold without both of them. Maybe I'm a wimp though.

Thanks. I already have the ratcheted mirror wings, thus considering the matching lower set.
