Wife and I are in Branson for our 1st anniversary. Tomorrow we're gonna saddle up and ride down to Russellville for a little recon. I'll try to take some pics and let you guys know what you have to look forward to. My buddy that owns the cabin we are staying in says the roads from Branson to Russellville are some of the most scenic you will ever ride. I'll let you know.

They definitely are. Especially Hwy 7 South from Harrison through the Jasper area.

I've ridden around Branson for years. We ride to Eureka Springs from there sometimes. Never been to Russellville.

The bottom 1/2 of Push Mtn road/ 341 in Arkansas. Great sight lines. My right front crash bar has been used the last 2 years.

Well I made the trip. HOR is pretty impressive. They had 8 or 9 F6B's. Blue , Matte Grey , Black , Blue , Black and a Copper custom paint , Matte Grey and Black custom paint and couple others. Best deal they had and I thought maybe the best looking one was the 14 custom paint Copper and Black. The Copper is an old Honda color from around 03. $16,995. Lots of full wings and a load of trikes. I'll get some pics up maybe tomorrow eve. Right now that have an anniversary to finish. Duty calls.

Guys Hwy 7 lived up to its billing. Especially from Harrison to the Cliff Inn. One of the curviest and definitely the hilliest roads I have been on. Elevation change was massive. In the way back at Jasper we came up on an Eighteen wheeler that had rolled. 7% Grade and he lost his brakes. They were smoking. Stupid cause every few hundred feet there are signs saying "trucks15 mph". They have gravel pits and brake test areas also. Its steep. I used third and fourth a lot for the engine braking. It was a great ride and we enjoyed Russellville Honda. The staff there are very courteous and friendly. It is an eye popping facility. Fantastic service area. There place covers probably 3 acres.

I love to ride, but have to admit, at least on the 9 with no shield, anything under 50 started to get uncomfortable. Cool saying...new to me being a yankee and all.
