Ok, I have narrowed down to a light tinted shield, either Klock Works or Clearview Recurve (small). I was wondering if anyone has seen both, and might have noticed which, if either, is lower (easier to see over), The CLearview measures strait up from the pocket of the dash at 14" to top (most helpful real world measurement, where the Klock Work does the angle measurement up from the fairing rubber to the top (less helpful)

I'm will need to select the shortest/lowest of the two being just shy of 5'4" and stock seat. Anyone know these to model well?

My guess is the Klock is shorter based on buying experience with Klock for my Streetglide. I recently ordered a " small or short" Clearview recurve for a friend's F6B. He is about 5.4" and I"d guess he's about a 30" inseam.
Says he just looks over the top of the recurve and loves the recurve.
He also likes a bit of air saying he sits up a bit to get that.

Don't know if that helps?

I do know Clearview will exchange it if unwrapped.

I have had the recurve on bat wing fairing shields and love em.
I'm sorta gunning for a dark recurve medium to change it up a bit.
I Have a Bagger extendable shield now, and it's perfect.

EDIT- There is a14" Flare for sale here, now and at a good price....under classifieds.

Yes, Thanks Dirt. Helpful about the small Recurve, sounds like the 2nd of the two. I'm sure the bat wing Klock would not be that similar, and not make a good comparison, but it was worth a try. Your Friend and I will be about the same height, and inseam. I'd like to be able to look over, but I would fear getting a dark shield not being able to see much, close to the bike.

I checked the classifieds, Done sold. I will try to watch for others that are selling or trading off one that will work.
