New backrest coming

Just brought this from a member on here today.
I have a standard 13 F6B This came off a 13 F6B Deluxe .
1 Do I have all the parts i need to mount this.
2 Do you have to take seat off.
3 If i do need parts can someone chime in and let me know what i need.
