Yes! I rode my F6B to work today! YAAAAHOOOOO! about 17 miles each way and mostly freeway. Ya know I can never get on a freeway by myself and not cruise at at least 80MPH on this bike.
Suppose to be about 112 degrees for the ride home today, yuppers, that will be a warm ride! LMAO!

DID YOU RIDE YOUR BIKE TO WORK TODAY? :icon_biggrin:

Was 47 deg when I left this morning and it will be about 80 deg for the ride home. Perfect. I ride 35 miles each way.

I find myself riding my bike to work everyday. I used to not like to ride it to work because of the high risk(traffic and police) low reward(scenery and adventure) as opposed to taking it out on the weekend or on vacation. But this bike is just too addicting to leave home, and I know winter will be here before you know it.

Let’s see...$100-120 to fill the truck very week (F250), or $10-18 bucks a week for the F6B. Snow, sleet, and rain be damned, I'm riding! If you got the gear you can ride the ride, not to mention it’s far more relaxing and enjoyable than slogging around in the truck every day...

I'm retired. However, I do ride my F6B to the Indian Casino in Oklahoma 100 miles round trip 2-3 times a week to play Texas holdem, I guess that is like riding to work. And, the speed limit on I35 North in North Texas is 75. This bike liking 80 mph is no problem around here. It is an addicting motorcycle to ride. I just turned 7200 miles since February 26 when I took delivery of my F6B and like it more every time I ride it!

My kids and grandkids live in the Country Club in Anthem. We are out there three or four times a year. I need to bring the F6B out there when we visit sometime.

Ride to work EVERY day! The best part of biking - the daily part!

Rode to work today, like most sunny days. A Harley riding fellow teacher was there today and I let him take the f6b for a ride. I think I cost him about $20k.

Unfortunately, I haven't ridden every day since I just finished my 66 Land Cruiser SWB pick up last fall and I've been bombing that around a lot. I bought a bikini top for it so I could drive it on those days with a chance of rain.

Pic is from last weekend at an off road park.

I too ride every day to work.
San Francisco bay area traffic is bad. But I can split lanes witch is a adventure in its self.
Love this bike. :biker:

We can use the HOV in AZ. That helps, but I still find myself splitting lanes from time to time, or maybe everyday. But who's counting

I ride to work all the time. Work the midnight shift so there's not much traffic on the way in but on my way home is heavy.

Try to ride the 26 mile round trip everyday. Hopefully have another 45 days till we get below freezing temperatures in the morning and possible ice on the roads. My F6B is hot but not sure it handles well on ice.

Most says I ride the 62 mile round trip to the office. Like most here I just can't get enough seat time on my F6B. Short summers and long winters up here.

40 mile round trip through the Napa valley, every day. SF bay area traffic sucks, but splittin them feels so good.

I'm at 36th street and Union Hills, I ride the 51 to Washington and 34th street.
And I have still not seen another F6B on the rode.
I didn't ride today as I do some sales as part of my job and had to visit some customers today.
Were you out this pass Sat in the 113 degree heat?

Yep. Rode with some friends to the Cardinals game. It was hot but beating the Cowboys made it worth it. :icon_cool:

Well I stayed off the road on Sat, at least with the bike. Man it was hot. I'm ok riding as long as it's under 110. When it get above 110.........IT'S HOT!!!!!
Heard the Cards did pretty good on Sat.
Rattlers are arena bowl champions again, that's two years in a row. Don't know if you follow that or not. Kinda sad I didn't hear much about it on the news......I mean, right now they are the winningest team Arizona has!

When it cools down a bit we'll have to have an AZF6B meetup. Maybe at the Scottsdale Pavilion car show or something. They have it every Saturday night.

Then there's Bike Night at Westgate too. Not sure when it starts up again but I'll find out.

That sounds like an idea, I'm up for it. Been to Westgate, not thrilled about it but the Pavilion car show I would like to go and see that for sure. Let me know when it starts again and lets have an F6B ride over to it. We could meet somewhere first, then all ride in together.

It was a very nice morning temp about 86 degrees, a little humid from the rain last night, so I decided to ride the F6B to work. It was a nice cool ride in this morning and traffic was pretty light for a Friday. I got on the freeway and accelerated passed cars and trucks and worked my way over into the diamond lane at about 85MPH, then backed off to about 75 and enjoyed the ride and weather. Suppose to be about 106 degrees today for the ride home. Yes, it was a GREAT MORNING!!!!!!!!!!!! :icon_biggrin:

I got up early this morning and knew it was going to be a beautiful Arizona day. Left the house about 6 AM and the sun was just starting to come up. I tell ya, sunrise and sunset in the desert IS THE BEST HANDS DOWN! I rolled the F6 out of the garage and fired her up. She purrs like a kitten. I let her sit and warm up as I finished getting on a lite jacket, my gloves and my helmet. Checked the temp on the bike.......64 degrees with clear blue skies and the sun just starting to shine. I left the driveway and headed for the on ramp of highway 51 south. I rode this ribbon of highway for about 17 miles with lite traffic and running between 80 and 85 in the diamond lane, all the way to my exit. I sure did want to keep going but had to head for work. By the time I had hit downtown Phoenix the sun was shinnig brightly and the temp was at 70 degrees. Now all I can think about is the ride home! :icon_mrgreen:
