I bought a pair of UCLEAR HD speakers and installed them in my modular helmet. I then put the helmet on on plugged it into my IPOD and boy did they sound fantastic! I then took the bike for a ride and plugged the speakers into the headphone jack connected to the 5 pin plug. They did not sound near as good. The base was not strong like when I had them plugged into the IPOD. They sounded OK but not great.
