not sure where the thread is...search MP3 rack or OEM honda...there was a good discussion of the two. The upshot seemed to be that the identical looking but larger mp3 rack from wingstuff was preferable...more useful

Please pay attention to location of this item, which is in Guang Zhou, China. That explains the low price. There is much risk ordering directly from China on Ebay. You may also need to pay import fees.

However, the rack seems the copy of Honda OEM rack. The add says it is made of iron. Hopefully it is strong enough. Not sure if it's painted or powder coated.

Another annoyance could be the difficulty of exchanging this if not to your liking, I would think mailing it back to China would be expensive. I also don't see a refund being easy to get.

Personally, I like shopping on Ebay but only from USA vendors.
