1st place GOLD Metalist :winnergold1:

He is a fellow F6B owner !

Many of you met a great guy at our 2014 Rally, He goes by BigDew on this forum.
Bryan and I became friends through another Rally, a Honda Rune Rally held in TN years ago. Brian is a quiet guy but an extremely intelligent individual that proudly serves this country, he is also built like a M1 Abrams TANK

TODAY 3-19-16, Brian competed in Orlando Florida against the strongest individuals from all of our military branches.
Brian has become the 2016 USA Powerlifting CHAMPION at the Armed Forces/ Military Championships.

Please give him a round of applause :clap2:

Thank you guys for the feedback. Spending the day recovering before its back to the gym to up my totals for my next competition. Working my way up to the National Level on the non-military side of the house with the other big boys. My totals from the other day were 225kg squat, 170kg bench. And a 275kg deadlift. For a 670kg total.

.notworthy.

170kg = 375lb
225kg = 496lb
275kg = 606lb

Total amount --> 1,477 lbs
