I don't ride 2 up often but when I do I always scrape the center stand on the corners??? Anyone else have this problem? My shock setting is about 8 clicks maybe not enough? Any suggestions?

Must be 8 on the low side...try 17 or the middle...for a firm ride run it to the top...common issue !

Trade your woman in for a 90 pound weakling

its the reason why I haven't installed one yet on my standard lol or the belly pan that I already bought for that matter... lol

I actually ride mine pretty hard and scrape pegs daily. I couldn't imagine not dragging either one at some point......

One up, pegs scrape well before bellypan and the center stand.
No worries.

I don't have the cup size to take my woman on a ride where I'm scraping ANYTHING.
She'd grab my throat until I stopped the bike, she'd dismount, and start walking.
I'd be taking the LONG way home that day. Via Alaska....

If you run the rear shock to the top, it is a non issue... at full soft if probably feels like riding a fat girl !!!

Steve is right. I ride two up most of the time and I drag the pegs before anything. Once you drag the pegs everything else is a non issue. I'm running 24 clicks in the preload.

As several have said, don't hesitate to run up your preload. In fact, for two up riding, I would suggest trying a setting close to the max. It should help with your problem. Also, belly pans can contact early as well if you're not careful to shove them as far up on the manifold studs as you can. Some belly pans mount closer in than others. So, Phantom, where is the new and improved belly pan???

The wife 6 is lowered and she rubs her belly pan often. Unnerving at first but now its like a "fun" indicator.

Thanks for all the input and even the funny stuff. I will crank up the shock and see what happens.
